Casual Support Worker roles available across the Snowy Monaro region. We offer flexible shifts to support work-life balance, study, and caring commitments.

We are looking for team members who are committed to providing the best quality outcomes for our clients, are reliable and have flexibility across the week and weekends.

While experience in our sector is preferred, we provide on the job training to make sure you are confident to support our clients.

Our Support Workers provide support to our Aged and Disability clients across the Snowy Monaro region, working with our local Health and Community partners.

This role provides our clients their clinical and day to day support needs to reach their goals.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist clients with accessing community resources and services.
• Provide emotional and social support to clients, engaging in conversation and social activities.
• Assist clients with mobility and transferring, using mobility aids if necessary.
• Support clients with meal planning, preparation, and feeding if required.
• Assist clients with household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, shopping and personal care if required.
• Transport Clients to appointments and outings.

What you will need (pre work clearances):

• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance – Apply via Service NSW
• Working With Children’s Check – Apply via Service NSW
• Current First Aid Certificate and CPR
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate – NDIS Quality & Safeguards Commission
• Drivers Licence
• Work rights
